Terms

These are the terms Smart Lead Recovery works under. They are written to be read, not to be survived. Anything you do not like, raise it on the call and we will talk about it.

What the service is

We build, host and maintain an AI receptionist for your business. It answers calls on the number you point at it, answers questions using information you supply and approve, books appointments into the calendar or dispatch software you connect, and transfers calls to you under rules you set.

What it costs

• $500 one-time setup, due before we begin building.
• $500 per month, starting the day the agent goes live.
• No per-minute or per-call charges. No contract. Cancel any month.

The 3x guarantee

Your month-one cost is $1,000. If, in the first month the agent is live, the work it books is not worth at least $3,000 to you, we refund the full $1,000 — setup included.

• Qualifying work means jobs the agent booked from calls that arrived outside your stated business hours, or while your line was busy or unanswered.
• We give you the complete call log, recordings and booking records so you can check the total yourself.
• Request the refund by email within 45 days of going live. We pay it within 14 days and the agreement ends.

What we need from you

Accurate information about your business, timely approval of the script, and access to the phone number and calendar you want connected. If we cannot get those, we cannot hold the guarantee.

What the service is not

It is not an emergency service and not a substitute for one. It does not dispatch emergency responders. It answers, advises within the limits you set, books work and transfers calls. You remain responsible for the work your business performs.

Cancelling

Email hello@smartleadrecovery.com. Service runs to the end of the month you have paid for, then stops. We hand over your call recordings and transcripts and delete our copies on request.

Liability

Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Changes

If these terms change we update the date at the top and email active clients. Changes do not apply retroactively to a guarantee period already running.
