This page explains what Smart Lead Recovery collects, why, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email hello@smartleadrecovery.com and we will answer in plain English.

What we collect

• When you book a call: your name, business name, email address and phone number, plus anything you type into the booking form.
• When you ring the demo line: your phone number, the time of the call, and a recording and transcript of the conversation.
• When you visit this site: standard server request data such as IP address, browser and referring page.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to run and improve the demo, and to keep the service working for customers. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers.

Demo line recordings

Calls to the demo number are recorded so we can improve how the receptionist handles conversations. You will hear a notice at the start of the call. If you would rather we delete your recording, email us and we will remove it.

Customer call data

For clients, call recordings and transcripts belong to the client. We process them to run the service, and we delete them on request or when the agreement ends.

Who else touches your data

We use third-party providers for telephony, calendars, scheduling and email. They only receive what they need to perform their function, and they are not permitted to use it for anything else.

Your choices

Email hello@smartleadrecovery.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this page we update the date at the top. Material changes will be sent to active clients by email.
