Smart Lead Recovery
Built for plumbing contractors

Nobody leaves a voicemail for a plumber.

They call the next name on the list. Riley picks up your phone in two rings — 9 PM, Sunday, Christmas morning — answers real questions about your work, and puts the job on your calendar before they hang up.

Real line, real AI, sixty seconds. Try to trip it up.

Three jobs booked after hours. Illustrative — ring the demo line for the real thing.
Setup

Three days from now, your phone stops leaking.

You’re involved in all of it. Nothing goes live until you’ve called in yourself and liked what you heard.

  1. Day one

    We learn your shop

A 30-minute call. Your service area, your call-out fee, your hours, the brands you work with, what you take and what you turn down, how you want a real emergency handled, and the questions customers actually ask you. We write it up. You approve it.

  2. Day two

    We plug into your line

Forward your existing number — always, or only when nobody picks up in four rings. Your call. We connect it to ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro or plain Google Calendar, then you ring it and keep ringing it until it sounds like your shop.

  3. Day three on

    It answers. You get texts.

Every booked job lands on your phone as a text the moment it hits the calendar — name, number, address, problem, time. Every call is recorded and written up. Once a week we go through the log with you and tighten what it says.

What it does

It works the phone like your best office person.

Except it never takes lunch, never calls in sick, and never lets it ring out.

  • Texts you the second it books

Name, number, address, problem, time. You see it before you’re off the ladder — and you can call the customer straight back if you want to.

  • Hands you the real emergencies

You decide what counts. Gas smell, water in the house, no water at all — it transfers straight to your cell and gets out of the way.

  • Answers in Spanish

It switches on the caller’s first sentence and books the same way. No second line, no extra charge, no lost job because nobody could take it.

The alternatives

At 9 PM on a Saturday you have three options.

Here’s what each one actually does with the call.

Answering services are staffed by real people and plenty of them are good at it. The difference isn’t effort — it’s that a message still needs someone to act on it, and at 1 AM that someone is you.

The deal

3x in the first month, or you get all of it back.

Setup plus your first month is $1,000. If the jobs Riley books in month one aren’t worth at least $3,000 to you, we refund every dollar — setup included — and we shake hands and part ways.

  • We count the jobs it booked that came in outside your hours, or while your line was busy or ringing out. The calls you weren’t getting.
  • You get the full call log and every recording, so you can check the arithmetic yourself.
  • You can ask for the refund any time in the first 45 days. One email, and nobody rings you up to talk you out of it.
  • No contract. Cancel any month.

Why we’d do that

Because we’re not in the business of installing something and disappearing. If this doesn’t make you money we lose a client and a referral, so we’d rather find that out in month one than in month six. When your phone makes you more, we get to stay.

Your numbers

Run it with your own figures.

Nothing here is our estimate. Put in what you know about your own phone and see where the threshold sits.

Clears the threshold. If it lands short in real life, month one is on us.

We don’t need the whole list. We need three jobs.

Who you’re dealing with

Why the guarantee exists.

I didn’t want to build another agency that installs something clever, sends an invoice and moves on. Most of the shops we call have been sold software before, and most of it is still sitting there unused.

So we tied our side to yours. If the phone doesn’t make you money in month one, you get every dollar back — which means the only way this works for us is if it works for you first. That’s also why we go through your call log with you every week instead of disappearing after setup.

When your phone books more work, we get to keep the client. That’s the whole business model, and there isn’t a clever part I’m leaving out.

Straight answers

The things people ask on the call.

  • An AI receptionist for plumbers is a phone answering service that picks up your calls automatically, 24 hours a day, answers questions about your services, prices and service area, and books the job into your calendar without a person on your end. Unlike voicemail it holds a real conversation, and unlike a traditional answering service it books the work instead of taking a message. Riley is trained on one plumbing business at a time — yours — so it answers the way your office would.

  • Call the demo line at the top of this page and decide for yourself — that’s the entire reason the number is there. Most callers don’t ask, and the ones who do usually keep talking anyway, because they want their problem fixed.

  • An answering service takes a message; this books the job. A person at a call centre works from a script, so they can tell a caller you exist but not what you charge for a water heater swap or whether you cover their town — then they send you a message, and at 1 AM the someone who has to act on it is you. This answers the question, checks the calendar and confirms a time while the caller is still on the phone.

  • No. You keep your number and forward it — either all the time, or only when nobody picks up in four rings, so your office answers first and this catches the overflow. Some shops prefer a separate line for after hours. All three work.

  • Yes — ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or plain Google Calendar if you don’t run dispatch software. The booking lands in the system you already use, so nobody has to retype it in the morning. We connect it on day two of setup.

  • It says so, takes the details, and either transfers the caller to you or sends it straight to your phone. It doesn’t guess and it doesn’t invent a price. We’d rather it hand you a warm caller than talk its way into a job you can’t do.

  • It transfers them straight to your cell and gets out of the way. You decide what counts as an emergency when we set it up — gas smell, water in the house, no water at all — and everything that doesn’t meet your bar gets booked for the morning instead of waking you.

  • Yes, and it switches on the caller’s first sentence. Same booking, same calendar, no second line and no extra charge.

  • 2 business days. Day one is a 30-minute call where we learn your pricing, service area and hours; day two we forward your number and connect your calendar; from day three it’s answering. Nothing goes live until you’ve rung it yourself and liked what you heard.

  • $500 one-time setup, then $500 a month, flat. There are no per-minute or per-call charges, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one. No contract — cancel any month. If the jobs it books in month one aren’t worth at least $3,000 to you, you get the whole $1,000 back.

  • Jobs it booked from calls that came in after hours, or while your line was busy or ringing out — the ones you weren’t getting anyway. You get every recording and the full log, so you’re not taking our word for the number.

  • Yes, and plenty of shops start there — 5 PM to 8 AM plus weekends. Once they’ve listened to a few weeks of recordings, most move it onto daytime overflow too.

  • That’s who it helps most. You’re under a sink with your phone out in the truck and nobody to hand the call to. It answers while you work, and you decide which calls are worth interrupting you for.

  • Yes — every call is recorded and transcribed, and the full log is yours. That’s how you check the guarantee arithmetic without taking our word for it. What we store and for how long is set out on our privacy page. Recording consent rules differ from state to state, so we go through how yours works on the setup call.

  • No. It’s month to month and you can cancel any month. On top of that, you have 45 days to ask for a full refund of setup and your first month — one email, and nobody rings you up to talk you out of it.

Don’t take our word for it. Call it.

Ring the demo line and ask it something awkward. Ask for a price. Tell it your water heater is leaking. Sixty seconds will tell you more than any sales call.
