We charge $500 to set it up and $500 a month, and we refund all of it if it does not make you money in month one.

We work with plumbing companies, usually somewhere between two and twenty trucks. That is a narrow market on purpose. A receptionist that has to be plausible for a dentist, a law firm and a plumber ends up generic at all three, and generic is exactly what a homeowner with water coming through the ceiling notices.
So we learn one shop at a time. What you charge for a call-out, which towns you cover, which brands you will and will not work on, what you want done at 2 AM when someone smells gas. We write it up, you approve it, and nothing goes live until you have rung it yourself and liked what you heard.
After that we do not disappear. Every week we go through the call log with you and tighten what it says, because the first version is never the right one and a receptionist nobody maintains slowly stops sounding like your business.
We get paid when the phone does.
Most of the shops we ring have been sold software before, and most of it is still sitting there unused. Somebody installed something clever, sent an invoice, and moved on. We did not want to be the next one of those, and saying so is cheap — anyone can claim they are different.
So we tied our side to yours instead. If the jobs it books in month one are not worth at least $3,000 to you, you get every dollar back, setup included. That means the only version of this that works for us is the one that works for you first, and it means we would rather find out in month one than in month six.
Who we are not.
Our name is close to a few others, so to be unambiguous: we have no connection to SMART Recovery, the addiction-recovery organisation. The word “recovery” here means recovering sales leads — the phone calls a business misses and never hears about again.
We are also unrelated to Website Lead Recovery and to SmartRecover, which are separate companies working on different problems. If you were looking for any of those, you are on the wrong site and we would rather you found that out in the first paragraph.
